What are the standards of masks?
At present, the main standards of respirators in China include GB 2626-2006 self-priming filter type particle respirator for respiratory protective equipment, GB 19083-2010 technical requirements for medical protective masks, YY 0469-2004 technical requirements for medical surgical masks, GB / T 32610-2016 technical specifications for daily protective masks, covering the fields of labor protection, medical protection, civil protection, etc.
GB 2626-2006 respiratory protective equipment self-priming filter type particulate matter respirator, published by the former AQSIQ and the National Standardization Management Committee, is a full-text mandatory standard, which was implemented on December 1, 2006. The protection objects specified in the standard include all kinds of particles, including dust, smoke, fog and microorganism. The production and technical specifications of respiratory protective articles are also specified. There are strict requirements for the material, structure, appearance, performance, filtration efficiency (dust resistance rate), respiratory resistance, detection method, product identification, packaging, etc. of the dust mask.
Technical requirements for medical protective masks (GB 19083-2010) was promulgated by the former AQSIQ and the National Standardization Administration and implemented on August 1, 2011. This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, marks and instructions for use, packaging, transportation and storage of medical protective masks. It is applicable to the self-priming filter type medical protective masks which can filter the particles in the air and block the droplets, blood, body fluids and secretions under the medical working environment. 4.10 of the standard is recommended and the rest is mandatory.
Yy0469-2004 technical requirements for medical surgical masks, issued by the State Food and drug administration, is a pharmaceutical industry standard and implemented on January 1, 2005. This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, marks, instructions for use, packaging, transportation and storage of medical surgical masks. The standard stipulates that the bacterial filtration efficiency of respirator shall not be less than 95%.
GB / T 32610-2016 technical specifications for daily protective masks was issued by the former General Administration of quality supervision, inspection and Quarantine of the people's Republic of China and the National Standardization Management Committee. It is the first national standard for civil protective masks in China, which was implemented on November 1, 2016. The standard involves the requirements of mask raw materials, structure, label, appearance, etc. the main indicators include the functional indicators, such as particle filtration efficiency, expiratory and inspiratory resistance, and tightness. The standard requires that the mask should be able to protect the mouth and nose safely and firmly, and there should be no sharp angle and sharp edge that can be touched. The factors that may cause harm to human body such as formaldehyde, dye and microorganism are specified in detail to ensure the safety of the public when wearing the mask.
